Cancellation Policy
We appreciate things crop up and schedules change, but if you are unable to attend your appointment please notify us as soon as you can. We know it can be frustrating when you can’t get an appointment so cancelling helps us free up space for others and re-allocate your slot.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in the full charge of appointment
Cancellations within 24 hours will have no cancellation fee if appointment rebooked within 7 days.
Cancellations within 48 hours will carry no charge.
Late arrival appointments may need to be rebooked if more than 15 mins late.
If your therapist needs to cancel your appointment for any reason we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible and work with you to rebook your appointment at a suitable time.
The Team at Speyside Spa realize that emergencies occur, so if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply request that you inform as soon as possible. Our Cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability and keeps our Speyside Spa team’s schedules filled. Thank you for your understanding
